Automated processes improve efficiency and double guarantee of profits

Integrating battery discharge, crushing, pyrolysis, sorting and other processes into an automated recycling production line is becoming the

 mainstream trend in the global lithium battery recycling field. Our integrated processing line is based on modular design, which not only saves 

labor, but also improves processing efficiency and metal recovery purity.

The whole line is equipped with a PLC control system, which can remotely monitor the operating status of each section; each module is seamlessly connected 

by belt conveyor, realizing the true "full automation". Whether it is a small consumer lithium battery or a power battery pack, it can be processed by a 

customized feeding system.

In June 2025, a senior team of a power battery manufacturer from Mexico visited our automated production line. They proposed a plan to process 500kg 

of power batteries per hour and tested battery modules of different sizes. After on-site measurements and parameter simulations, we customized a 

three-stage conveying + intelligent feeding system for it. The customer signed a letter of intent for cooperation on site, and it is expected to be put into 

production by the end of the year.
